If you have already registered for Shareholder Central, to login:

• Under Shareholder Central and select LOGIN

First Time Registration:

Online account access is currently offered to U.S.-based accounts registered to individual, joint names, and TOD registrations. To register:

• Go to https://equiniti.com/us/ast-access/individuals/
• Under Shareholder Central and select First Time Registration
• US Shareholders, to complete the registration process your EQ account number can be found on your statement.
• NON-US Shareholders, you must request an Authentication ID, your EQ account number and company number can be found on the statement

If you are unable to log into your account, it may be that your Social Security Number/TIN is not on file with EQ. You will need to complete a W9 tax form which is available on the website under Download Forms. Mail the completed form to EQ at the address provided below. Please ensure that Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. (43020) is prominently reflected on the form and that your name appears exactly as reflected on EQ’s records. Once EQ receives your tax form your account will become certified, and you can access your account online. 

Please note that as a prudent measure in order to prevent your shares from being deemed dormant and treated as abandoned property under certain state statutes, we recommend that you log into your EQ account online, or contact EQ via letter, phone or email, at least once a year.
